The Casa do Penedo is located at one end of Quinta da Balieira, nestled in turn spring by a rock, which gives it its name. On the west side, it holds magnificent views, surrounded by an outdoor space where you can enjoy all the surroundings and fresh air, not to mention the swimming pool located on a higher point. In your home interior is composed of a living room, kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom, with capacity up to 3 people.

Until 12.00 *. * The extension of stay beyond the fixed time implies an additional payment of 10 € / person. In this case can only stay if the house is available, up to 18h on the same day.

Cancellations of reservations

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
